The design concept for this IT park emphasizes a modern, dynamic, and integrated corporate environment. Three blocks are strategically linked, suggesting interconnectedness and collaborative potential across different office spaces. Crucially, the ground level incorporates a vibrant public realm, including landscaped plazas, pedestrian walkways, and green spaces, creating a welcoming and people-centric atmosphere

Mixed-use Development
This mixed-use development in Pune is conceived as a contemporary urban hub, strategically integrating a dominant multi-story office tower with a visually distinctive, low-rise commercial/retail block, providing a synergistic blend of corporate workspace and lifestyle amenities. The design emphasizes a people-centric approach through the inclusion of an expansive, geometrically-paved public plaza at the main entry point, serving as a critical gathering and circulation area.

A modern medical complex featuring a multi-story, glass-fronted patient tower, rising above a the medical block, low-rise base containing the main entrance and clinical departments. The design prioritizes access and efficiency with a dramatically curved façade and a dedicated, covered drop-off area for visitors and ambulances.
